Manager, Soft Brands

Overview

The primary role of the Manager Soft Brands is to oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account this people management role you will ensure your team executes our Soft Brand sales and customer success strategy supports value realisation and fosters long-term customer growth.

Reporting to the VP of Enterprise this role bridges strategy and execution providing coaching workflow direction and day-to-day decision-making support.

• Collaboratecross-functionally withProductCommercialandOperationstoensurealignmentandunblockexecution
• Captureandcommunicateinsights includingVoiceofCustomerfeedbackandkeycommercialperformancemetrics

Requirements

• Provensuccessin SaaSaccountmanagementcustomersuccessorenterprisesales ideallywithfranchise / multi-propertyclients
• Peoplemanagementexperience withacoachingmindsetandtrackrecordofdevelopinghigh-performingteams
• Strong commercialacumen with experience driving growth and engaging C-level stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills comfortable presenting to senior executives
• Comfortable in a dynamic scale-up environment
• FamiliaritywithSalesforceAtlassianandbasicreporting / analyticstools
• BasedinEU / UKwitheasyaccesstointernationalairportforclienttravel
