Manager Strategy (mfd)

• Analyze market competitors and corporate data to uncover growth efficiency and strategic opportunities
• Co-create and communicate go-to-market strategies business roadmaps and business cases that align with organizational goals and drive measurable impact
• Provide project management and conceptual support for senior leadership initiatives
• Create compelling reports presentations and strategic documentation for senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Collaborate across functions to operationalize strategic insights into actionable plans ensuring alignment and execution across teams
• Track project progress proactively address roadblocks and maintain stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment
• Support the integration of strategic initiatives into ongoing operations (e.g. governance systems)

An experience that matters : your skills

• Masters degree in Business Administration Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a major strategy consulting firm corporate strategy department ideally in an international context

Strong background in data analysis and quantitative methods

• Comprehensive presentation and moderation skills with strong communication abilities at all levels
• Strong analytical skills structured working style team spirit and proactive behavior
• Track record of managing projects

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluency in English and German
• Flexibility to travel for business purposes (max. 20% of the time)
