Overview

Manager SC Category Planning for Tractor & Vehicle. As manager of the Supply Chain Category team, you play a key role in ensuring that Kramp consistently delivers industry-leading product availability, reliability, and service to our customers, while keeping inventory health and levels optimized. You lead the end-to-end planning and execution process for a diverse product portfolio, balancing operational efficiency, commercial priorities, and supplier capabilities.

The Team

The Supply Chain Category team consists of 10 to 12 Supply Chain Specialists and 2 Supply Chain Planners. Team members can be located in different European locations.

Collaboration

You will work closely with the Category & Buying teams (managers, buyers and specialists), as well as connect with various country stakeholders (assortment managers, managing, sales operations director and warehouse managers).

What is your role?

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for the planning and execution of the Tractor & Vehicle category, ensuring product availability, inventory health, and optimized planning execution.
  • Ensure optimal service levels, inventory health & levels, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead and develop the team, set objectives and hold team members accountable.
  • Escalate structural planning issues and drive resolution.
  • Own the demand and supply planning cycle (e.g. S&OP and S&OP&E) for the Tractor & Vehicle category, ensuring accurate forecasts and optimized stock levels across all warehouses.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to change management initiatives.

Who are you?

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of working experience in Supply Chain.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team leadership, with success in driving engagement and performance remotely.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills with full professional proficiency in English.
  • Structured, analytical mindset and ability to handle multiple topics in parallel.
  • Accountability for delivering results.
  • Availability to be present at least two days per week at our office in Strullendorf (remaining days optionally remote).
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
