The Manager Tender Solutions South (m/w/d) is responsible for driving the activities of the Tender Team in the Southern Region of Germany. This position is part of the German Leadership Team and will be working from home‑office and customer side (on the road).

Typical responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the assigned employees
• Supporting our customers and colleagues with difficult technical questions relating to RTC and related products
• Finding, developing, managing, and completing projects in collaboration with the sales force
• Supporting, independently organizing, and holding customer events
• Giving specialist presentations at industry events
• Ensure a positive, challenging work environment that recognizes good performance and addresses improvement needs

Essential qualifications

• Solid, progressive sales or marketing experience with a strong sense of driving commercial growth and margins
• Process orientation with a proven track record of profitable growth
• Strategic ability to analyze markets and competitive companies while developing and executing successful sales strategies with the team
• Ambition to exceed goals and continuously learn and improve both self and the business and people assigned to the role
• Willingness to travel
• Very good English skills, fluent in German
