Manager – Transfer Agency (M/F)

In order to support our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Manager – Transfer Agency (M/F)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transfer Agency team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all investor-related activities (subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and KYC/AML reviews).
• Coordinate investor onboarding and ongoing due diligence in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the investor register and related documentation, including the proper handling of investor communications and reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to investor transactions, documentation, and account maintenance with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness
• Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and client orientation

Your profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Transfer Agency or Investor Services function within the Luxembourg fund industry.
• Solid knowledge of fund operations and relevant regulatory requirements (AML/KYC, AIFMD).
• Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
