As a Regional Managing Director , you will acquire exclusive rights for West Germany and play a pivotal role in expanding our brand and supporting franchise partners in your region.
What you will do
- Lead regional growth – Launch and manage the Western Germany operation under the thexton armstrong brand.
- Recruit, mentor, and support franchise partners – Build a team of business advisors and ensure their long‑term success.
- Drive SME transformation – Help entrepreneurs unlock growth, performance, and value.
- Develop and execute business strategies – Design marketing and engagement initiatives tailored to your regional market.
- Collaborate internationally – Work alongside other senior partners and our global network to share insights and best practices.
What you bring
Background and Experience
- 15+ years in senior management, consultancy, or entrepreneurship.
- Broad leadership experience across key functions (sales, marketing, finance, business development, or operations).
- Proven track record of driving business performance or building successful ventures.
- Ideally B2B experience in the German SME sector.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen.
- Entrepreneurial ambition with a long‑term mindset.
- Leadership and mentoring skills, able to inspire and empower others.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with Managing Directors and business owners.
- Fluency in German and business proficiency in English .
