Your Responsibilities

Our team brings together recognized experts in implementing Treasury, Balance Sheet, and Risk Management solutions in banking. We analyze both functional and technical requirements and translate them into customer-oriented, pragmatic solutions using globally leading systems and efficient processes. In doing so, we leverage our extensive experience in international financial markets and our effective collaboration with solution providers. Together, we drive complex projects forward and create solutions that set new standards. In our team, you will take on a variety of tasks, including:

Consulting and implementation of the FIS Balance Sheet Manager (formerly FIS AMBIT Focus) for overall bank management and risk management.
Leading projects and working closely with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams.
Performing scenario and stress tests (ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery & Resolution Planning, IRRBB).
Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements (Basel, CRR, IFRS, FinRep, CoRep, IFRS 9).
Analyzing and optimizing processes for interest rate, liquidity, credit, and capital risk management.

Your Skillset

At least 6 years of professional experience in the financial sector, including several years in balance sheet and risk management with proven experience in large-scale implementation projects – ideally with a combined technical and functional focus.
Extensive expertise in FIS Balance Sheet Manager, ALM, and/or risk controlling.
Excellent German and English skills, strong leadership and communication abilities, as well as international project experience and willingness to travel are also required.
