A Manufacturing Consultant at SoftServe is responsible for working closely with our Manufacturing Customers to help uncover Operational Technology (OT) challenges and advise potential IT Technologies that could improve their Operational KPIs.

IF YOU ARE

Experienced with 5+ years working in the manufacturing industry
Knowledgeable in both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) landscapes
Proven in leading digital transformation initiatives within industrial environments
Comfortable operating and communicating effectively on the manufacturing shop floor
A holder of a STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)

AND YOU WANT TO

Collaborate with SoftServe Sales to consult with Manufacturing Customers remotely and onsite to gather a deep understanding of their operational needs and challenges.
Support Manufacturing Customers in prioritising and quantifying digital manufacturing projects.
Work with internal Sales and Technology Center of Excellences (COEs) Teams to develop customer proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and deliver projects.
Support Solutions and CTO Teams to develop sector specific offerings.
Deliver Digital Factory Assessments onsite with customers.
Collaborate with Marketing to develop content and prepare for industrial events.
Work closely with our core technology partners.
