🌍 Manufacturing Engineer Augsburg, GermanyPay Rate €45-€65 (Depending on experience)iO associates is currently partnered with a client that is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join an international engineering and IT services provider.In this role, you'll contribute to the development and industrialisation of complex systems, helping to shape sustainable, next-generation machines, plants, and transportation solutions. This is a factory for the future, utilising innovative technology which will help contribute to the sustainability of the industry.What you'll do:Define industrial requirements for manufacturing and repair processes to meet production targetsDevelop product manufacturing structures, material flows, lead times, and build processesDesign and implement tools, manufacturing, and assembly processes aligned with ergonomic standardsSupport the rollout of digital industrialisation technologies and planning systems in collaboration with R&DMaintain close communication with supply chain partnersWhat you bring:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or similarExperience in manufacturing or maintenance of complex transport equipment or machineryKnowledge of MAIT processes and production control methods (Kanban, Lean, etc.)Hands-on experience with tools, devices, and measuring instrumentsFamiliarity with production and planning systems (PPS)CAD skills (Catia, 3DX)Strong communication skills in German and EnglishIf you are an ambitious Manufacturing Engineer with 5+ years of experience, please apply and we will arrange a call to discuss your skill set.
