Manufacturing Engineer HV-Battery Systems (f/m/x)

Responsibilities

Planning, procurement, commissioning, and support of manufacturing processes and systems for high-voltage battery systems while adhering to costs, quality, and deadlines according to the product development process (PEP)
Interdisciplinary teamwork in a project core team with representatives from project, development, quality, logistics, manufacturing, and controlling
Document creation for production, planning, and project management (process flow diagrams, FMEA, manufacturability assessments, work instructions, process parameter lists, error collection cards, system inspections, maintenance documents, and risk and hazard assessments)
Participation in acquisition processes, calculation of manufacturing times and investments for systems and manufacturing processes for high-voltage battery systems
Daily shop floor management and conducting improvement workshops in accordance with the Kaizen philosophy

Qualifications

Successfully completed university studies, preferably in mechanical engineering, and several years of professional experience in the field of manufacturing engineering in the automotive/supplier industry and the processes of the automotive industryli>
High level of assertiveness and decision-making ability
Basic knowledge of MTM or REFA
A very high level of teamwork, independence, commitment, and flexibility as well as a goal-oriented, structured, and method-based approach to work
Very good German language skills, good English language skills in spoken and written form (communication skills – presentation, moderation)
