Your Responsibilities

• Support the shop floor in solving problems within maintenance and repair processes
• Provide detailed information for design engineering
• Create neutral work plans for MRO activity documentation
• Assist multifunctional teams with problem-solving and improvement processes
• Plan regular feedback sessions with the production team
• Prepare and oversee initial installations with feedback loops for manufacturing
• Manage recurring work preparation issues escalated from the shop floor
• Support continuous improvement in maintenance through expertise in work preparation
• Update documentation and technical manuals as per requirements and contractual obligations

Your Qualifications

• Successful degree in engineering
• OR a vocational training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) with relevant experience
• At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering (work planning and control)
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Fluent in German and English
