Manufacturing Operations Manager - Semiconductors / German Speaking

We are partnered with an industry leading semiconductor company specializing in the development of cutting‑edge environmental sensing technologies looking to expand their team with a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead their semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, and process optimization at sites across Germany and the Netherlands.

This opportunity is based out of Reutlingen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities for this Manufacturing Operations Manager position:

• Define and implement operations strategy to exceed customer expectations in delivery, cost, and efficiency.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations with internal and external manufacturing partners to fulfill customer demand.
• Lead engineering, supply chain, and production teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with supply availability.
• Drive yield improvement, process transfers, new product qualification, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, procurement, and leadership to ensure long‑term manufacturing capacity and competitive pricing.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the environmental sensor industry, with both technical and commercial expertise.
• Strong analytical skills to determine market needs, trends, and key product features.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and, at minimum, B2 in German is a hard requirement
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a can‑do attitude and a drive for business growth.
