To strengthen our fleet team, we are looking for a Marine Superintendent (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.
Your Tasks
- Overseeing marine operations, cargo handling, voyage planning, weather routing and related matters.
- Monitoring regulatory updates related to marine operations and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations (statutory, flag administration and other regulatory bodies).
- Ensuring that vessels are properly equipped with charts and publications required for the intended voyage, coordinating with contracted suppliers as needed.
- Oversee navigational and operational safety across the fleet.
- Ensuring that all the bridge equipment is in operational condition and liaising with the Fleet Manager and Technical Assistant / Purchaser regarding service intervals or defect repair or replacement.
- Support effective communications with vessels, informing Masters and crew about Company initiatives and projects.
Your Profile
- Management level or operational level Deck Officer license, sea service and office experience in a Marine role.
- Knowledge of ISO, ISM, ISPS, and HSE regulations, classification, insurance, and ship management procedures.
- Independent, systematic, and solution‑oriented work style.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Office.
