To strengthen our fleet team, we are looking for a Marine Superintendent (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

Your Tasks

Overseeing marine operations, cargo handling, voyage planning, weather routing and related matters.
Monitoring regulatory updates related to marine operations and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations (statutory, flag administration and other regulatory bodies).
Ensuring that vessels are properly equipped with charts and publications required for the intended voyage, coordinating with contracted suppliers as needed.
Oversee navigational and operational safety across the fleet.
Ensuring that all the bridge equipment is in operational condition and liaising with the Fleet Manager and Technical Assistant / Purchaser regarding service intervals or defect repair or replacement.
Support effective communications with vessels, informing Masters and crew about Company initiatives and projects.

Your Profile

Management level or operational level Deck Officer license, sea service and office experience in a Marine role.
Knowledge of ISO, ISM, ISPS, and HSE regulations, classification, insurance, and ship management procedures.
Independent, systematic, and solution‑oriented work style.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and proficient in MS Office.
