As part of the Sandow Design Group, we are now entering our next phase of growth.

We are appointing one Market Development Manager in each of our key European markets: UK, Italy, Spain, and France.

Not to sell volume. But to build the right partnerships.

Carefully. Selectively. Strategically.

Your role:

• You will becomeArchitonic’scommercial lead in your market.
• You will work directly with the most relevant design brands in your country — the ones shaping the industry.
• You will not manage hundreds of accounts. You will select and develop a small number of meaningful partnerships that define Architonic’spresence in your market.
• Your decisions will shape which brands architects discover, trust, and specify.
• This is market development at the highest level.

What you will do:

• BuildArchitonic’spresence in your country through carefully selected brand partnerships
• Develop long-term relationships with founders, CEOs, and commercial leaders
• Identifyand unlock new opportunities within the premium design ecosystem
• RepresentArchitonicwithin your market and its design community
• Act with full ownership and market responsibility

Who you are:

• You alreadyoperatewithin the premium design world.
• You understand how premium brands think, position themselves, and grow.
• You have built trusted relationships.
• And you know that real growth is built through relevance — not volume.

You bring:

• Strong experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
• A network within the premium architecture and design industry
• Credibility and trust within your market
• Entrepreneurial drive and ownership mentality
• Fluency in your local language and English
