This role is a hybrid position and requires 2-3 days per week in our office in Bellheim or Neuburg an der Kammel..
This strategic, high-impact role connects external market trends with internal performance data to provide clear, actionable answers. You will work in a small, agile team, collaborating across regions and functions, while broadening your own expertise.
In this role, your responsibilities will span several key areas:
- Lead Research & Insights – Analyze market trends, competitors, and KPIs to deliver actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Turn Insights into Action – Ensure strategies and recommendations align with real market conditions and business priorities.
- Communicate & Collaborate – Present clear, compelling reports and dashboards while sharing knowledge across regions and teams.
- Innovate & Manage Data – Leverage AI, automation, and dashboards to streamline intelligence while handling sensitive data responsibly.
Your profile
- Experience in market intelligence, research, or strategic planning, ideally in logistics, intralogistics, or a B2B industrial setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data, highlight key insights, and turn them into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent by experience.
- Experience with Power BI, market research tools, and AI/automation solutions.
- Track record of collaboration across international, fast-paced environments.
- Strategic self-starter turning insights into action, forward‑looking, collaborative, culturally aware, resilient, and fluent in English (CEFR B2+).
