Market Offering Lead (ESET Corporate Solutions)
Summary In 2022, ESET launched the global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to supporting large companies and public institutions with bespoke cybersecurity solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of customer problems, the ability to identify common solution components, and the capacity to define these components as market offerings, working closely with solution architects and customer‑facing teams to enable faster deployment and improved efficiency.
What does the role entail?
- Market Offering Development
- Lead the creation and management of market offerings as foundational building blocks for comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, technological trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings, and how CS solutions combined with ESET standard offerings can deliver customer value.
- Work closely with customer‑facing teams to understand customer and market trends.
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Manage the complete lifecycle of market offerings, from inception to end‑of‑life, including knowledge concentration, documentation, and readiness of required reusable marketing/market‑facing materials.
- Maintain and update market offerings to reflect the latest market demands and technological advancements.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with delivery and technology divisions and standard product managers to ensure deliverability and successful implementation of market offerings.
- Drive cooperation across the company to achieve market offering targets.
- Process Improvement
- Actively use and improve market offering management processes and frameworks.
- Propose and implement optimizations to enhance cross‑team collaboration and product quality.
Required skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer offerings, product management, or a similar role within or outside the company.
- Proven ability to manage all stages of the market offering/product lifecycle autonomously.
- Extensive experience working in teams with excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting at market‑facing events.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently and make data‑driven product decisions.
- Good knowledge of the cybersecurity domain and market trends.
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related field.
- Professional certifications in product management or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in English.
Location: Munich, Prague, Bratislava. Remote work is possible.
