What can you expect?

You manage the integration of external applications such as LinkedIn, GoToWebinar, and others with the Eloqua platform to extend marketing capabilities and reach.
You configure and manage user access and security roles within the Eloqua platform to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
You analyze business requirements to support ongoing improvements and customizations of the Eloqua system, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
You design and adjust lead generation strategies and programs to maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
You perform regular audits and maintenance of the marketing database to ensure accuracy and efficiency of data used in campaigns.
You establish and maintain interfaces for data exchange between Eloqua and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
You develop and refine marketing processes to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness, and provide second-level technical support including data storage, segmentation, troubleshooting, and campaign construction issues related to the Eloqua platform.

What should you bring along?

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
You have proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms, preferably Eloqua.
You have a strong understanding of marketing processes and demand generation.
You possess technical proficiency with CRM systems.
You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have strong communication and collaboration skills.
