Marketing & Business Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Support Specialist to support both our Local Brand Manager and the German organisation .

Your Impact

In this dual role, you’ll support marketing communication activities (50%) and local business & office operations (50%) . You’ll play a key part in keeping marketing projects, campaigns and internal processes running smoothly, efficiently and in line with internal standards.

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Brand Support (50%)

• Support market and competitor analyses and campaign evaluations
• Assist with local marketing concepts and communication materials
• Coordinate production of marketing assets and digital content
• Organise congresses, seminars, webinars and internal events
• Maintain marketing data, materials and KPIs in CRM and CMS systems

Local Business & Office Support (50%)

• Organise and optimise office and information management processes
• Coordinate meetings, travel, workshops and internal events
• Support administrative management of contracts, fleet and insurances
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices and basic reporting
• Support local projects, process improvements and compliance tasks

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training in marketing, office management or a comparable field
• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing support, office management or business support
• Strong organisational skills and a structured, hands‑on mindset
• Confident user of MS Office 365 and digital document management systems
• Comfortable working across multiple tasks and stakeholders

Language Skills

• Fluent German (C1) required
• English (B2) or additional languages are a plus
