Job Description

Main Duties

• Ensure that the Marketing Communications program is executed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assist the Product marketing manager and Marketing communication manager in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
• Design and format promotional material with the support from Product managers (webinar, video, brochure, application note, newsletter).
• Organize Nu Instruments’ conference/Demonstration (liaise with organizers, prepare promotional pack for demonstration).
• Assemble conference packs for dispatch, handle returned packs, and sort associated materials.
• Help organizing and execute promotional campaign on several platforms (social media, website, customer/prospect communication).
• Help maintain the website and coordinate the effort with our international offices.
• Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analysing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports.
• Help maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
• Help maintain the webstore by updating latest product banners in collaboration with customer service.
• Support factory-related photography and video production.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in full Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe XD).
• Willing to work with Content Management System (ideally Sitecore).
• Willing to work in Marketing Automation system (ideally Pardot).
• Willing to work in customer relationship management system (ideally Salesforce).
• Aware of SEO and Google Analytics.
• Proven copywriting and proof‑reading skills.
• Interest in graphical arts.
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to interact with international collaborators.
• Must be a self‑starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with multiple stakeholders at the same time in a fast‑paced environment.
