About The Role

As our Marketing & Communications Manager , you will shape how the world discovers, understands, and connects with Tomorrow University.

In this role, you will take ownership of our storytelling, campaign execution, and external communications – from launching new academic programmes to crafting high‑impact content, running multi‑channel campaigns, engaging with the press, and positioning Tomorrow University for awards and rankings.

You will collaborate closely with our founders, faculty, product, and sales teams to translate our mission into compelling narratives that inspire learners around the world. This is a hands‑on, creative, and highly strategic role for someone who loves writing, building campaigns from scratch, and driving meaningful outcomes.

Your Main Tasks Will Include

  • Plan, Run & Optimize Multi‑Channel Campaigns – Own end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that drive measurable results across channels (email, social, paid, content, partnerships)
  • Develop clear messaging, storylines, and ad copy together with our marketing and design team
  • Use data, sales feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Faculty, and Product to refine value propositions and ensure aligned positioning across all programmes
  • Create High‑Quality, Impactful Content – Produce compelling blog posts, articles, student stories, and thought‑leadership pieces that inspire learners
  • Write landing pages, brochures, emails, and social content that convert
  • Create basic visual assets (e.g., simple social posts, banners, slide visuals, one‑pagers) using tools like Canva or Figma
  • Transform complex academic concepts into clear, human, motivating messages
  • Manage Press, Awards & Rankings – Act as one of Tomorrow University’s media contacts and represent our brand with clarity and confidence
  • Write strong press releases, press kits, and targeted media pitches
  • Identify award and ranking opportunities and lead the full application process
  • Build long‑term relationships with journalists, editors, and ranking organisations
  • Strengthen & Evolve the brand – Ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across campaigns, website, events, and external channels
  • Support our founders and leadership team with speeches, presentations, and communication materials
  • Amplify ToU’s presence at conferences, in partnerships, and within our global community
  • Contribute creatively to brand‑building initiatives as we scale internationally

What We Are Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or product marketing – ideally in a fast‑paced environment
  • Exceptional writing skills in both German and English (C1+ in both languages)
  • A strong aesthetic sense and ability to create basic designs (e.g., Canva, Figma)
  • Proven ability to run campaigns from concept to execution with measurable outcomes
  • A passion for creating meaningful stories about education, technology, sustainability, and the future of work
  • A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, Faculty, Marketing, Product) with ease
  • Comfort navigating a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy
  • A genuine belief that education can change lives – and a desire to contribute to a purpose‑driven mission
