Das Erwartet Dich

• Du verantwortest nach Einarbeitung unser Social Media Marketing auf gängigen Plattformen, konform mit Microsofts Strategie
• Du koordinierst Redaktionsplanung, erstellst Content und stellst Veröffentlichung in Sprinklr sowie Compliance sicher
• Du stehst in engem Austausch mit der Community, beobachtest Stimmungen und interagierst aktiv – auch im Krisenfall
• Als Social Media Experte gibst du Wissen über Trends weiter und optimierst Ergebnisse für lokale Kunden
• Du lieferst Daten und Insights für Reportings und strategische Empfehlungen
• Du entwickelst Social Media Pläne für Events und leistest Support vor Ort
• Du übernimmst bei ersten Projekten das eigenständige Budget- und Projektcontrolling

Was Du Mitbringen Solltest

• Du kannst einen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Medienwissenschaft, Marketing o.ä., alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in diesen Bereichen vorweisen
• Idealerweise mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Social Media Bereich
• 1+ Jahr Erfahrung in den Bereichen Content und/oder Community Engagement
• Hohe Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Komfort im Umgang mit Stakeholdern
• Du hast ein sicheres Gespür für gute Kreation sowie höchsten Qualitätsanspruch
• Fließende Deutsch- (Muttersprachniveau) und Englischkenntnisse sind essenziell
