CUSTOMER SERVICE & MARKETING SUPPORT (m|f|d)

We want our webshop customers to have a great experience throughout their entire journey with us, from ordering their coffee beans to the moment they brew their first cup at home. Our customers love our products, and many of them have visited our cafés in Berlin. We treat every customer interaction with the same care, friendliness, and speed as if they were standing right in front of us.

This role combines Daily Customer Service (approx. 3 hours per day) with hands-on Marketing Support for the rest of the working time. You will help ensure a smooth, friendly customer experience while supporting our marketing team with real operational tasks.

  • Be the first contact for our online customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries in German and English via email.
  • Manage returns and resolve customer queries quickly and reliably.
  • Work closely with our logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide friendly, solution-oriented communication that reflects our café-level hospitality.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and overall brand experience.
  • Collect customer insights and share feedback to improve the webshop and subscription experience.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Native-level German and fluent English.
  • Customer-oriented mindset: friendly, fast, reliable.
  • First experience in customer service, marketing, webshop/e-commerce or a strong desire to learn.
  • Proactive, structured working style.
  • Creativity and attention to detail are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a small, dynamic team.

CONTRACT

  • Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
  • Term: 1 year (we typically extend by another year)
  • Payment: Depending on experience
