We want our webshop customers to have a great experience throughout their entire journey with us, from ordering their coffee beans to the moment they brew their first cup at home. Our customers love our products, and many of them have visited our cafés in Berlin. We treat every customer interaction with the same care, friendliness, and speed as if they were standing right in front of us.
This role combines Daily Customer Service (approx. 3 hours per day) with hands-on Marketing Support for the rest of the working time. You will help ensure a smooth, friendly customer experience while supporting our marketing team with real operational tasks.
