As the Frontline Marketing Director for Stills DDFi you will be responsible for leading the DDFi Stills business and continue the acceleration journey to double the German Stills business until 2028. You will lead the Germany Stills team and collaborate closely with the Denmark and Finland team, the European categories team, and as well as the local market and bottler teams. This role requires the ability to drive system engagement and influence senior stakeholders across teams.

The Frontline Activation Marketing Director Will

  • Develop short- (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) brand plans to continue the 2x Stills growth journey for Germany and drive Stills growth in DFi.
  • Execute and locally amplify Stills brand campaigns with the local FLA team, collaborating closely with the local DDFi functions and bottler, and providing input to OU category teams.
  • Analyze brand health and performance measures as well as consumer insights and continuously track brand performances and amplify, adjust and/or course-correct brand plans.
  • Drive bottler alignment on the Still strategy and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including innovation projects and campaigns) in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
  • Assess attractive local consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the company by leveraging consumer research to identify new volume and profit growth areas.
  • Provide direction, leadership and coaching to direct reports in Germany and collaborate closely with DFi team members. Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.

The Frontline Director Stills
will report into the Senior Director DDFi and carry out duties individually as well as through her/his team. She/he will be the Stills spokesperson towards the Europe category teams.
