As part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and developing our event and trade fair activities, thereby sustainably strengthening Salesfive's presence vis-à-vis partners, customers and the Salesforce ecosystem.
As Marketing & Events (m/f/x), you are the central interface between our brand, our partners - especially Salesforce - and new and existing customers. You will be responsible for both the strategic planning and the operational implementation of our events, trade fairs and campaigns. You will structure and optimize all event processes, ensure a professional appearance and make a measurable contribution to lead generation. In addition, you will develop effective communication measures, work closely with agencies, internal stakeholders and sales and ensure the use and correct billing of co-funding funds. With your hands-on mentality, your organizational talent and your flair for brands, you will experience how marketing, sales and partner development work together to create impact.
Responsible for planning and implementing your own customer events and trade fair appearances
Structure and optimize the entire trade fair and event process
Coordinate participant management, service providers and processes on site
Negotiate with locations, event organizers and external service providers
Create and implement communication plans for event promotion and follow-up
Develop target group-specific messaging for trade fair appearances
Manage agencies in stand design and create smaller marketing assets yourself
Manage lead generation at events and transfer leads cleanly to sales
Apply for and manage co-funding funds (MDF) from Salesforce including correct billing
Further develop the relationship with Salesforce marketing contacts
Several years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing
Confident use of marketing and graphics tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite, event tools, CMS, email automation such as Salesforce Account Engagement)
Understanding of B2B sales processes, lead funnel logic and KPI-based performance measurement
Experience in budget planning and control
Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem is a strong plus
Structured way of working and ability to maintain an overview even under time pressure
Strong communication skills and ability to activate internal stakeholders - e.g. consultants or sales - for events
Willingness to travel for trade fairs and customer events
