Your role

In this role you will support the Head of Marketing Central Europe & the entire Marketing team CE in the implementation and coordination of strategic and operational marketing activities.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning organizing and executing national and international congresses and events
  • Coordination of logistics materials and service providers
  • Supporting budget planning and control as well as event follow-up
  • Participating in selected customer events

Organizational management of remote and in-person seminars

  • Coordination with internal subject matter experts speakers and external partners
  • Coordinating and processing sponsorship requests in consultation with Marketing and Compliance
  • Maintaining internal documentation and processes
  • Communicating with external partners associations and event organizers
  • Interface with external agencies graphic design and event partners
  • Briefing project coordination and quality control of agency services
  • Tracking projects through to final implementation
  • Support and coordination of the internal approval tool for marketing materials
  • Support for administrative marketing projects within the Central Europe cluster
  • Organization and documentation of the internal coordination processes

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in marketing communications business administration or a comparable field
  • First professional experience in marketing event management or project management ideally in an international environment or the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong organizational skills high accuracy and an independent structured approach to work
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with internal and external partners
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and manage priorities efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally initial experience with digital approval or project management tools
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and events within the region
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
