Marketing Intern

Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsibilities

Handle vendor invoices, including invoice verification, payment processing, bookkeeping, and daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data;
Coordinate with Procurement and Tax/Finance teams to support cross-departmental tasks;
Assist in budget preparation, execution tracking, and variance analysis, while supporting data organization and filing;
Provide additional financial and administrative support as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
Solid knowledge of basic finance and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Strong communication and writing skills in Chinese, English, and German;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with German and Chinese tax laws or accounting standards, or relevant academic coursework;
Previous internship experience in finance, with exposure to accounting processes or compliance workflows.
