Our headquarter is located in Switzerland, and we also have offices in Germany, from which we actively serve our markets.

As a Content & Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for translating our product and brand messages into compelling content and targeted campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams as well as external partners and play a central role in the further development of our communication strategy.

Responsibility

• You develop and design content for ads, LinkedIn, blog, website, newsletter and outreach — including release notes, product communication, and use case content.
• Formulating concise messages that inspire our target groups is one of your strengths.
• Every day, you work with LLM tools such as GPT or Gemini, develop your own prompts and workflows and use the results professionally and strategically.
• You plan, implement and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, keep an eye on the KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for further action.
• You manage and brief external agencies in paid media, PR and design.
• Update and expand website content, support LinkedIn communication and maintain editorial formats and content routines.
• You are actively involved in public relations, guest contributions and thought leadership content.
• You have several years of experience in content marketing, campaigning or in a comparable role.
• Strong editorial skills and a good sense of creating content that works and inspires make you stand out.
• Ideally, you have experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• You have a high affinity for AI technologies and want to work with LLMs and try out new things.
• You combine a structured and independent way of working with creativity and an eye for the big picture.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
