Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving impactful marketing strategies across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role involves developing and implementing marketing initiatives, contributing to regional planning, and supporting product launches. The position is based in Cologne, with travel expected up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies and promotional plans.
• Contribute to regional planning processes and align with global strategies.
• Manage marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, symposia, digital content, and PR materials.
• Lead product launch projects and oversee local execution.
• Monitor and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with commercial and finance teams.
• Support sales teams with training, tools, and insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs and scientific liaisons, to ensure alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical experts and opinion leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing within the diagnostics or healthcare industry; knowledge of infectious diseases is a plus.
• Strong ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
• Proficiency in interpreting and communicating complex technical information.
• Customer-centric mindset with expertise in market analysis and value proposition development.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, with 30% dedicated to customer engagement and field support.
• Strong presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Collaborative, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
