Overview
As Marketing Manager GP for the DACH region, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping and executing cutting-edge B2B strategies and campaigns that revolutionize the GP business in the DACH Region. Your mission is to align local initiatives with the overarching EMEA vision, unlocking the full potential of the Invisalign System and iTero Intra-Oral Scanner in GP practices, while increasing awareness and adoption of the Invisalign System in the market.
Responsibilities
- Localize EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) campaigns to the needs of the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) market.
- Drive local strategy based on deep market knowledge.
- Identify market opportunities by conducting market research and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Lead impactful new product launches by orchestrating all marketing instruments.
- Work closely with the clinical department on regional education strategy to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
- Further develop customer segmentation and customer development programs to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate closely with other internal stakeholders such as the clinical department and sales team in the DACH region as well as the EMEA marketing team to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Lead the event calendar for marketing driven customer events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and Key Opinion Leaders KOLs to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate in the content creation and implementation of sales meetings and conferences to support the sales team.
- Drive PR and media activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and cost-efficiency.
- Budget management, including planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure optimal use of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing or business administration.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing management on a country level (ideally B2B environment).
- Preferably experience in the medical device or dental industry, preferably with products that are in demand by consumers or patients.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results orientation and excellent time management skills with an efficient and structured approach.
- Good German language skills as well as fluent English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willingness to travel, approximately 30%.
