Marketing Manager (Sales)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Aggregation, analysis, and consolidation of data from external and internal sources on consumer behavior and market mechanisms, and participation in the generation of insights based on this data
• Identification and evaluation of trends, patterns, and other correlations in the data, and assessment of their strategic or operational relevance with regard to potential growth opportunities
• Creating, expanding, and maintaining customer journeys and simulation models to describe consumer behavior, markets, and market relationships, as well as to forecast market developments
• Working with scenarios and evaluating them
• Data visualizations to support decision‑making, both operationally and strategically, using interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations

Qualifications

• Completed degree (economics, marketing, statistics, data science, etc.)
• Professional experience in creating market, potential, and forecast models and calculating business cases
• Relevant knowledge of data analysis and statistics
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong strategic thinking
• Confident use of common analysis, reporting, AI, and BI tools
• Very good English and MS Office skills
• High level of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for new trends
