Marketing Operations Intern

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare basic analysis reports
• Maintain marketing materials library and ensure brand consistency across touchpoints
• Support market research activities and competitor analysis
• Help optimize marketing workflows and operational efficiency
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas

About You

• Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2026 (any major, marketing/business-related preferred)
• Proficiency in English and German is a must
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic understanding of marketing principles (coursework or internships are beneficial)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing tools is a bonus
• Proactive attitude, quick learner, and able to work under pressure
