Marketing Operations Manager (US-remote)

Staffbase is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team in North America. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in how we run marketing globally, supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect our efforts to revenue. You’ll work hands‑on with our marketing tech stack, help drive operational projects forward, and collaborate across teams to ensure clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the day‑to‑day management of our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracy
• Assist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficiently
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelines
• Identify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvements
• Maintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistency
• Provide regional support while ensuring global processes stay aligned

What you’ll need to be successful

• Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce and 6sense (or demandbase)
• Some experience using Tableau
• An understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contribution
• A strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Comfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple language
• Comfort working with data, platforms, and process documentation
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy being a team player and working cross‑functionally
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Staffbase's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000 base salary per year. Other rewards may include commissions and program‑specific awards.
