About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager with next‑level organizational skills to join our fast‑growing marketing team. NinjaOne has ambitious growth goals, and we need dedicated and detail‑oriented teammates to help us promote our Unified IT Management solution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the Brand and Design Team from intake to execution on a multitude of projects including website design, digital and out‑of‑home marketing materials, email and social campaigns, event booth design, swag, and more.
• Handle creative task intake, groom the backlog, and manage the Asana Board.
• Translate design briefs, project goals, and success metrics to the Design team.
• Communicate task and project status to stakeholders.
• Facilitate weekly scrum stand‑ups.
• Create long‑ and short‑term project plans, set deadlines, and manage milestones.
• Coordinate with WebDev and Event teams to ensure timely planning and delivery of creative assets.
• Troubleshoot issues and remove blockers to keep projects moving forward.
• Serve as the point of contact for the Brand and Design team when multiple marketing teams are assigned to the same project.
• Act as the last line of Quality Control on projects through development to maintain the expected level of quality.
• Coordinate resources for larger initiatives including designers, developers, strategists, and copywriters.
• Other duties as needed.

• 3+ years of digital creative management experience in an agency, consulting, or in‑house SaaS environment is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills are a plus.
• Experience creating and maintaining an Asana Board is a plus.
• Experience managing tasks for Events/Trade Shows is a plus.
