Marketing Project Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local AIoT marketing projects from planning to execution.
• Act as the central point of contact across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and external agencies.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones; ensure structured project progress.
• Coordinate marketing budgets, cost tracking, and basic financial forecasting. Manage internal finance and procurement processes (POs, contracts, invoices, approvals).
• Support communication and alignment with WEU teams and HQ in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in an international or cross-cultural environment is a plus.
