We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Intra‑Europe team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in shaping our pricing strategy, supporting commercial decisions, and driving profitable growth across the region. If you excel in data analysis, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration, this is the position for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor market rate trends and developments.
• Collect, evaluate, and consolidate market reports, statistics, and customer data.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the Intra‑Europe trade.
• Develop and implement pricing guidelines by service type and region.
• Respond to daily pricing‑related inquiries from European agents.
• Support tender and bidding processes within the Intra‑Europe trade.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts from both BCO and NVO segments.
• Communicate daily with local sales and support teams across Europe to manage cargo mix and customer categories, optimizing yield.
• Maintain the IRIS system, including the input of pricing guidelines, surcharges, and rate agreements.
• Monitor space utilization on specific loops and vessels, initiating corrective actions as required.
• Track container imbalances (surplus/shortage) across Europe and take appropriate measures.

Requirements

• Educational background in transport, logistics, or a related field; experience on the liner side is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables); Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reliable team player with a flexible, proactive, and hands‑on mindset.
• Naturally adept at conflict resolution and taking ownership.
