Marketing Specialist Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

1. Define and drive Fintiba’s CRM strategy for all products from a marketing communication and campaign perspective.
2. Implement data-driven CRM campaigns.
3. Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions.
4. Monitor and analyze the results (quantitative and qualitative) of local CRM activities, identify obstacles, and derive insights.
5. Communicate and align strategies with Team Lead B2C Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
• At least 2 years of extensive experience with Hubspot (preferred) or Salesforce.
• Experience in the technical and analytical aspects of marketing.
• Familiarity with various online marketing tools (e.g., Analytics, Adwords, Meta / Google Ads).
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Passion for digital marketing, international exchange, and diversity.
