For our client, a leading multinational technology company specializing in internet-related services and products, we are currently seeking an a dynamic Marketing Manager (m/f/d).

This is a temporary assignment based in Munich .

As a Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of mid- to large-scale marketing initiatives, driving projects end-to-end and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, programs, and strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in strengthening brand awareness, delivering measurable business impact, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.

You will act as both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, managing the full campaign lifecycle-from planning and budgeting through execution, promotion, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and budgeting to performance analysis
  • Develop promotion strategies to drive awareness and demand generation across digital and social channels
  • Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities
  • Define and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and business impact
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, sales, and cross-functional teams to align on objectives and maximize results
  • Manage external agencies and partners to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery
  • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI (e.g., MQLs, pipeline, revenue impact)
  • Lead social media and content initiatives, including influencer and employee advocacy programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, including event and media suppliers
  • Deliver field marketing programs (e.g., events, activations) with clear pipeline generation target

Your profile

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment
  • Proven expertise in defining and delivering field marketing programs with pipeline generation targets
  • Familiarity with cloud security concepts, including identity and access management, data protection, and threat monitoring within leading cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud security)
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, media planning, and social media strategy
  • Solid understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and consumer behavior
  • Experience in event marketing and cross-channel campaign execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with CRM and marketing analytics tools
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Negotiation skills and experience working with agencies and vendors
  • Creative thinking combined with a results-driven approach ("10x thinking")
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Language Requirements: Full professional proficiency in German and English
