Your Responsibilities

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist Western Europe(m/f/d) to join us at the earliest possible starting date.

As a key player in our marketing efforts in Germany, Austria, Switzerland,Benelux and UK, you'll closely work with the local Marketing Manager and the EMEA Marketing Team on the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and special initiatives to promote the company's products and brand. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support:Assistin the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including creatingassets,content, graphics, and promotional materials
• Channel Marketing:Developtailoredmarketingassetsfore-tail,retailand do-it-yourself stores
• Digital Marketing: Helptomanage the company's digital presence, includingthe local transcreations forwebsite, social media, ande-tail customers
• Collateral Development: Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and product documentation
• Event Coordination:Assistin the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars,as well asproduct launches
• Agency Management: Create briefings,ensurea high-quality project management and reporting
• Scheduling and Organization:Maintainmarketing calendars, timelines, and project schedules

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree in marketing,communications,or a related field
• Strong communicationand organizational skills
• Communication-oriented collaborationstyle
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint,Excel,and Word
• Familiarity withcommonmarketing tools
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Business Fluency inGerman&Englishis a must-have. Any other languages are a plus.
