Commercial Director Job Description

The position of Commercial Director is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for accelerating the Mass retail channel strategy in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Ownership:
• Fully commercial ownership of the Grocery and Discount channels in Germany.


• Customer Strategy: Develop and execute differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.


• Team Leadership:
1. Lead, coach and develop a team of National Account Managers and Key Account executives.
2. Manage sales forecasts, gross margins trade spends promotional budgets revenue targets per customer.
