Material Planner page is loaded## Material Plannerlocations: DE006-Lubeck (Revalstr), Germanytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: **Date Posted:** **Country:**Germany**Location:**DE006-Lubeck (Revalstr), Germany**Position Role Type:**Unspecified**Job Description**Position: Material Planner / DispatcherThe Material Planner / Dispatcher is responsible for demand-driven, timely, and cost-effective planning and provisioning of materials to ensure smooth production operations and on-time customer deliveries in a business-to-business environment.Key responsibilities:* Demand-driven and time-defined planning and provisioning of materials for production* Ensuring material availability in line with customer orders, production plans, and delivery requirements* Monitoring and controlling inventory levels based on MIN/MAX parameters* Initiating actions to reduce inventory levels while maintaining delivery capability* Continuous monitoring of stock levels, coverage, and material movements* On-time planning and control of production in coordination with internal stakeholders* Optimal production planning considering capacities, priorities, and material availability* Order management including confirmation and maintenance of delivery dates in the ERP system* Close communication and coordination with warehouse, production, purchasing, customer service, and shipping* Participation in inventory counts and ensuring accurate inventory records* Identification and resolution of material shortages, including implementation of corrective actions* Maintenance of planning-relevant master data within the ERP system* Contribution to continuous improvement of material planning and scheduling processesRequired knowledge and skills:* Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environments* Knowledge of material planning, scheduling, and production planning principles* Understanding of inventory management, MIN/MAX systems, and stock-related KPIs* Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications**Tätigkeitsbeschreibung**Position: Materialplaner / DisponentDer Materialplaner / Disponent ist verantwortlich für die bedarfsgerechte, termingerechte und wirtschaftliche Planung sowie Bereitstellung von Materialien zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktion und Kundenbelieferung im Business-to-Business-Umfeld.Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:* Bedarfsgerechte und zeitlich definierte Planung sowie Bereitstellung von Materialien für die Produktion* Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit gemäß Kundenaufträgen, Produktionsplänen und Lieferterminen* Überwachung und Steuerung von Lagerbeständen unter Berücksichtigung von MIN-/MAX-Beständen* Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung von Lagerbeständen bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit* Laufende Überwachung von Beständen, Reichweiten und Materialbewegungen* Termingerechte Planung und Aussteuerung der Produktion in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen* Optimale Ausplanung der Produktion unter Berücksichtigung von Kapazitäten, Prioritäten und Materialverfügbarkeit* Auftragsmanagement inklusive Terminbestätigung und Pflege von Lieferterminen im ERP-System* Enge Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lager, Produktion, Einkauf, Customer Service und Versand* Mitarbeit bei Inventuren sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Bestandsführung* Identifikation und Bearbeitung von Materialengpässen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen* Pflege von dispositionsrelevanten Stammdaten im ERP-System* Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Materialplanungs- und DispositionsprozessenFachliche Anforderungen (kenntnisbezogen):* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business-to-Business-Geschäftsbeziehungen* Kenntnisse in der Materialplanung, Disposition und Produktionsplanung* Verständnis von Lagerkennzahlen, Bestandsmanagement und MIN-/MAX-Systemen* Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS-Office-Anwendungen*RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
