Your Role
The Global SPECIALTY LINES End-to-End (E2E) Process Improvement (PI) Manager is placed within our Operations division and reports to the Global Head of Ops Strategy & Enablement for Specialty Lines. The role shapes and optimizes operational processes through continuous process improvement and digitalization initiatives. This position develops and executes an E2E process improvement transformation strategy for the SPECIALTY LINES operations department, identifying and integrating automation/Artificial Intelligence technologies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes and drive innovation. The Global SPECIALTY LINES E2E PI Manager collaborates across departments, fosters a culture of change, and ensures the successful adoption of automation/digitalization and other non-digital PI solutions. This role drives operational excellence by leveraging data analytics and aligning technology with organizational targets for sustained success in a digital era. The Global SPECIALTY LINES E2E PI Manager will define and develop ELEVATE targets for Specialty Lines Ops globally, ensuring cohesion with other Lines of Business (LoB) within Operations.

Primary objectives include defining the target process and target customer journey offering for SPECIALTY LINES LoB to AP operating entities in line with operational targets, state-of-the-art technology solutions, and evolving (AI) Group guidelines. In addition, this role steers and manages the Operations project portfolio across all AP BUs globally, driving implementation of projects globally and locally to transform Allianz Partners.

In this role the Global SPECIALTY LINES E2E PI Manager also ensures synchronization with key stakeholders within Allianz Partners and other AZ OEs to optimize operational and commercial efficiencies as a major contributor to the Group\'s transformation ambition.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive E2E PI strategy for the Operations department of SPECIALTY LINES LoB in alignment with Allianz Partners’ organizational targets.
• Technology Evolution: Evaluate and integrate the latest automation and digitalization technologies for customer journey and process automation in alignment with Allianz technical experts.
• Process/Customer Journey Optimization: Define target customer journey and target processes E2E for SPECIALTY LINES LoB to maximize productivity and simplicity in all processes.
• Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer journey, experience and process performance to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
• Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the Operations department, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement through available and new means of technical and organizational tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various Allianz Partners departments to ensure seamless integration of target journey, target processes, and all operations projects across the organization.
• Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of target journey and target processes within the Operations department.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs related to target journey and target process transformation, providing regular reports to Allianz Partners leadership.
• Training and Development: Provide training programs to enhance Contact Center/Omni-channel skills and knowledge of the Operations teams at Allianz Partners.
