Data Management Lead DACH (DM Lead DACH) is a key role in the DACH Business Unit, providing end‑to‑end oversight of data management operations and supporting the strategic priorities of the DACH markets.

How You Will Contribute

• Manage DACH DM operations on a day‑to‑day basis, ensuring compliance, KPI and SLA delivery.
• Lead a cross‑functional DM team that spans all functions, countries, categories, and plants.
• Maintain a highly engaged and motivated team, fostering professional growth and development.
• Efficiently staff operational DM resources, monitor workloads, and optimize performance.
• Staff SME roles and project requirements with qualified personnel to ensure project success.
• Drive quality enhancements, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, including digitalization.
• Lead local, regional, and global projects, aligning goals and resources with organizational initiatives.
• Serve as the local point of contact for audits, controls, and compliance activities, managing coordination with auditor teams, the Global DMS Governance team, and BPO providers.
• Oversee the Robotic Process Automation (RPA), standardization, and simplification agenda.
• Participate in GDSN and data quality standardization working groups.

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 3 years of business experience in finance, supply chain, new technology development, and implementation, including project management.
• Minimum 2 years in master data management and project management.
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory).
• Experience managing third‑party operations.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Functional leadership skills.
• Strong project management capability.
• Proficiency in master data management systems such as SAP (ECC, S4), Pega, Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
