What You’ll Do

• Architect end-to-end integrated workflows: Merge disparate CAD and analysis models into automated pipelines, eradicating manual copy-paste, reformatting, and data silos for lightning-fast iterations from design concept to simulation validated drawings and manufacturing handoff.
• Engineer custom scripts, APIs, and plugins (Python, Matlab, SQL integrating with CATIA, ANSYS etc.)
• Enable advanced tolerance stack analysis automatically updated by pulling manufacturing process and quality data.
• Create Monte Carlo simulations, parameter sweeps, and optimizations for robust, data-driven designs – while keeping the workflow lean via order reduction and surrogate modeling
• Be the toughest judge of your own work: Comparing model vs. reality, iterate to unerring accuracy.
• Champion multi-physics advancements (mech/thermal/electrical) with direct ties to requirements, DFMEA, and risk analysis.
• Train the team and ensure broad adoption of new practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Mech Eng preferred with proven software development skills (or equivalent exceptional track record in the skill set)
• Scripting wizardry applied to Multiphysics simulations of complex systems
• Mastery of core physics: Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, Electricity.
• Foundational knowledge in GD&T (proficiency is a plus)
• 3D CAD+ FEA experience
• Communicator par excellence: Explain complex systems simply, rally adoption, team player.
• Bonus: Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors, with a proven track record of high-ownership projects demonstrating strong agency in execution (e.g., leading initiatives from concept to delivery with minimal oversight).
