Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Als Mechanical Design Engineer / Konstrukteur (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Optimierung mechanischer Baugruppen und Systeme:

• Konstruktion und Entwicklung mechanischer Komponenten, Baugruppen und Systeme von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
• Erstellung von 3D‑Modellen, Einzelteil- und Zusammenbauzeichnungen sowie technischen Spezifikationen
• Auslegung von Bauteilen inkl. Toleranzanalysen, Werkstoffauswahl und fertigungsgerechtem Design (DFM)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Fertigung, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferanten
• Begleitung von Prototypenbau, Tests und Validierungsmaßnahmen
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Konstruktionsänderungen sowie technischer Dokumentation
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsanforderungen
• Technische Unterstützung während der Serienanlaufphase und im laufenden Betrieb

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion und Produktentwicklung
  (auch Berufseinsteiger mit entsprechender Praxis oder starken Studienprojekten willkommen)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in 3D‑CAD‑Systemen (z. B. SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, Inventor)
• Fundiertes Verständnis mechanischer Zusammenhänge, Werkstoffkunde und Fertigungsverfahren
• Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Zeichnungen
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
