Responsibilities

Develop and design enclosures for stand‑alone applications as well as rack systems.
Design and optimize cooling systems, including heat‑sink design and airflow routing in close collaboration with the power electronics development team.
Integrate mechanical components into overall product concepts to ensure optimum functionality and reliability.
Create 3D models, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials.
Perform simulations and prototype testing to validate designs.
Work closely with the electronics and mechanical development as well as production teams to resolve practical implementation issues.
Continuously improve existing products in terms of efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and innovation.

Qualifications

Master Engineer or equivalent by experience.
Several years of professional experience in mechanical development, ideally in the field of power electronics or power supplies.
Solid knowledge of CAD systems, especially SolidWorks and PDM.
Experience in the design and optimization of enclosures and cooling systems is a plus.
Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with strong team spirit.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
