The role involves direct project leadership, mentoring of junior engineers, and close collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the mechanical (HKLS) design on assigned projectsOversee preparation of design documentation across all project phases in accordance with HOAILiaise with clients, architects, and other design disciplines to ensure coordinated project deliveryMentor and support junior engineers in technical and professional developmentParticipate in project planning, cost estimation, and schedulingConduct site supervision and technical inspections when requiredContribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and internal processes Project SectorsResidentialHospitalityLogistics / WarehousingOffice DevelopmentsBoth new build and refurbishment projectsNational and international assignments RequirementsExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP design experienceAt least 3 years of experience in Germany or the DACH regionDemonstrated expertise in HKLS designExperience with Fire Suppression and/or Plumbing systems is advantageous Knowledge:Strong understanding of HOAI project phasesFamiliarity with relevant DIN, VDI, and VdS standards Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit preferredSound project coordination and documentation skills
