Mechanical Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center

The Role We are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of mechanical systems delivery on a hyperscale data center project. This role will oversee mechanical installation, coordination, and commissioning in a highly technical, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical construction activities, including cooling systems, pipework, plant rooms, and support infrastructure Manage mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers Coordinate closely with electrical, CSA, and commissioning teams Ensure mechanical works meet programme, quality, and safety requirements Oversee QA/QC, inspections, pressure testing, flushing, and handover Support commissioning, integrated systems testing, and operational readiness Manage risks, changes, and interface challenges across the project

Background Required Experience delivering mechanical systems on large data center or critical infrastructure projects Strong understanding of cooling architectures and mechanical plant Proven contractor and package management capability
