Media Designer Digital and Print (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:

Independent working style and job-related preparation of print data
Execution of print jobs according to the requirement profile
Independent processing of designs
Project management in the field of digital prepress , i.e.:
- Support and consultation for both external and internal stakeholders
- Creation and further development of designs up to proofing and approval processes
- Further development as well as complaint and quality management
Creation of various single-use die-cutting forms as well as generation/imposition of complex print forms and die-cutting sheets
Communication, consultation, and coordination with national and international customers and advertising agencies, as well as with field staff and customer service representatives regarding design and printing issues
Independent creation of layout drafts, clichés, subjects, and design templates

What you should bring with you:

Completed vocational training as a Media Designer for Digital and Print or similar qualification
Several years of experience/advanced training in the field of digital prepress, offset printing, print data processing, and metal printing
Extensive experience in offset printing / digital prepress
Experience in metal coating, metal printing, and metal finishing
Strong knowledge of iOS, iOS Server, and Windows
Extensive experience in color management
Strong experience with common programs such as Creative Suite, Esko Suite, GMG ColorProof, ColorServer, InkOptimizer, Xitron Harlequin RIP System / CIP3
Good experience with Techkon measuring devices and software
Excellent PC skills (Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Good command of English
