We are seeking YOU – a MEDIA / GRAPHIC DESIGNER – to create innovative visual content for Lufthansa's social media channels. Collaborating with social media managers, content team, and our partners, you'll design platform-specific visuals that enhance brand identity and drive community engagement.

Your Day at the Oscars:

• Bring social media campaigns to life with eye-catching visuals tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design engaging graphics, animations, and videos that reflect the Lufthansa Group's brand identity.
• Develop storyboards and moodboards to shape and present creative ideas.
• Ensure visual consistency and optimize designs for various formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with the social media team to support and shape campaigns.
• Use data and A/B testing to refine content and boost performance.
• Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Join strategy meetings and help streamline creative workflows.
• Track performance and document processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Your profile:

• Completed studies or training in graphic design, media design or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in social media design, ideally in an agency or company.
• Confident in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Creative flair, passion for design and a good eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas convincingly.
• Experience in working with agile methods and project management tools and advantage.
