Medical Affairs Contracts & Compliance Coordinator

Aufgaben

• Support the preparation, documentation, and archiving of standard and non-standard contracts in compliance with legal requirements and global/local compliance regulations
• Take responsibility for timely coordination of all contract-related logistics in collaboration with the project lead (Global Marketing / Medical Affairs), Legal & Compliance, and external contract partners
• Independently create checklists for travel bookings and obtain necessary approvals from global and local compliance functions; manage travel bookings including direct communication with HCPs and the Travel Board
• Maintain and update the Contract Management database (partner master data, contract details)
• Ensure EFPIA reporting through purchase requests and/or transfer of values
• Ensure reporting
• Review incoming invoices, clarify discrepancies with contract partners, forward to the invoice processing department, and monitor outgoing payments
• Manage budgets based on SAP bookings and provide database-driven reporting to management

Profil

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in contract management
• Initial experience in project management (coordination, planning, execution, and control)
• Strong knowledge of global compliance guidelines and EFPIA requirements
• Experience with the following tools is desired: CLMS, LPC X, YourDocs, IQVIA Transparency, SAP, Smartbuy, CONCUR
• Experience working with third-party providers (Medical Societies, Health Care Organizations, agencies) and key opinion leaders
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment
• Team player with a results-oriented, proactive, and independent working style
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
